I placed an order with  Mike on 30 July for Rims and Tyres  and  paid in full

Up to today, 14 August, I have received  neither my Rims and Tyres nor my refund.

I have followed up numerous times and have given more than enough opportunity for this matter to be resolved. Unfortunately, I am still sitting without the product I paid for and without my money being returned.

This is extremely disappointing. When a customer pays in full for a product, they should either receive what they paid for or, if it cannot be supplied, receive their refund without having to continuously chase after it.

At this stage, I simply want this resolved: deliver my Rims and Tyres or refund me in full.
